Treatments
The appointment takes from 75 to 120 minutes, every following regular treatment 50-60 minutes.
Single Treatments like medical massages, cupping, moxa / moxibustion, counseling / coaching, take less time and have adequate reduced prices.
I do Home visits in and around the destrict of Winterhude up from 50 min and longer, plus transportation.

Business Conditions
Appointments and Canceling
When we agree to an appointment, I'd like to ask you being in time at the clinic:
Naturheilpraxis Sascha A. Dörfler, Schinkelstrasse 11, 22303 Hamburg.
You can cancel our appointment at least 2 workingdays before: Either by eMail or SMS to my cell-phone: 0163. 983 27 93.
If you don't come to our appointment or if you cancel an appointment one day before, I have to charge you with the loss of earnings.
Payment
Fees: If you have no residence in Hamburg, you have to pay cash every appointment. At the end of therapy you get an invoice by mail automatically. The invoice lists up every single action of treatment according to the "Gebührenordnung für Heilpraktiker" (GebüH).
Payment: My service is paid by the patient, not by insurances. It's up to the patient, claiming her/his costs at her/his insurance.
Private health-insurances / Private Krankenkassen / or private additional-insurances take over the costs sometimes. Unfortunately there is no guarantee for a takeover. To be sure please contact a staff-member of your insurance.
Cumpulsory health insurance fund / Gesetzliche Krankenkassen / doesn't pay any amount of practitioner-fees. You can claim your expenses at least in the annual tax declaration at your local tax office by the end of the year.

Low income
If your income doesn't allow full payment for natural medicine, please ask for price reduction after the first appointment. Nevertheless the anamnesis / first appointment / has to be paid cash completely with 100,- €.
No money at all - Help for free
People, who can't afford acupuncture treatments at all, like for instance Hartz-IV-recipients, get help at the charity-project Akupunktur-Sozialsprechstunde Hamburg. This website is only in German.
