Sascha Alexander Dörfler
Born in 1957
After final secondary-school examinations I worked as a hospital nurse at a surgical ward and as jumper at the hospitals operating room in south-germany. Working with diseased humans has been crucial and precious to me, nevertheless I couldn't see any future in hospitals for me at that time.
Studies on universities with final examinations: Dipl. Ing. Raumplanung, 1985 and Dipl. Fotodesigner, 1990. 17 years as a freelance photographer succeeded and 6 years as a college lecturer for editors in photography. In 2002 I quited working for media-business going back to health care again.
Qualifications
2 years Heilpraktiker-Schule / Paracelsus-Schule Hamburg / with final examination by the state of health. Completing studies as a certified and registered Heilpraktiker / medical pracitioner. Different basic educations like in Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, TCM, Auriculo-Therapy / Ear-Acupuncture, Physical-Manual Therapy and more succeeded.
3 years of education in Classic Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (880 hrs.) at ABZ-Nord. I'm very grateful to my teachers for the training and qualification in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, which is an essential base of my daily work.
Qualified Acupuncturist: With the final examination i got the certified Diploma of the AGTCM, Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Klassische Akupunktur und Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin. The AGTCM is co-operation partner of the TCM-University and the TCM-Hospital in Chengdu/ VR China.

I'm very thankful for having the chance to learn from them and for sharing the treasures of Chinese Medicine.
I'm a lecturer for Chinese Medicine at CCM-Nord, Centrum für Chinesische Medizin-Nord. CCM-Nord is a certified cooperation-school of the AGTCM, Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Klassische Akupunktur und Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin e.V..
The Quality Circle "Winterhude / Andrology" is a regular meeting for advanced studies and exchange with other colleagues, which I host at regular intervals.
Advanced educations go constantly along with my daily work.
As a Member of AGTCM I'm listed in its Therapist register.
